1. Choose the right sunscreen for children

Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply it every two hours, or immediately after swimming.

During the hottest hours of the day, usually from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, it is best to limit direct sun exposure. Organise games and activities in the shade and encourage frequent breaks indoors.
