Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal which may be exercised, without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the ordered VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l. products.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) to one of the following contacts:

The return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and subject to prior agreement with VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l.

The goods must be returned as an insured shipment, carriage paid; any parcels sent cash on delivery or carriage forward will not be accepted by VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l.

The refund of the invoiced price of the returned VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l. items will be made by bank transfer to the Customer’s account within 14 days from receipt of the return.

Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled due to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to any credit equal to the price of the originally ordered item.

The above withdrawal conditions apply exclusively to online purchases and therefore exclude purchases made in our physical store.

All contracts are deemed to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
