Shipping of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after payment is received and are sent via Bartolini with tracking and delivery without signature.
If you prefer delivery with Bartolini Priority with signature required, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this option.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.

Delivery of goods and shipping costs

All items ordered by the Customer and confirmed by VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l. (“Your order confirmation”) will be shipped via express courier to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days

A shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged for orders under €49.00, which will be indicated in the “Your order confirmation” depending on the destination country.
For orders of €49.00 or more, no shipping costs will be charged.

Items will be shipped by cash on delivery or only after the order payment has been duly received and confirmed by VOLTOLINA COSMETICI S.r.l.
